Watermelon Plantation

Watermelon plantation involves the cultivation of watermelon, a popular summer fruit known for its high water content and refreshing taste. It thrives in warm climates with plenty of sunlight and well-drained sandy loam soil. Farmers typically sow seeds in raised beds or mounds during the late spring or early summer. Regular irrigation, weed control, and pest management are essential for healthy growth. Watermelons are usually ready for harvest within 70–90 days, depending on the variety. Successful plantation can yield high profits due to the fruit’s strong market demand.
